Woman causing disturbance outside Stephens store

Repeating, (number withheld) North First Street in Stephens.

H and W spoke with a (name withheld) saying there is a woman walking around in front of his store, waving a stick and hollering at customers and laying on the ground.

He's requesting an officer down there.
