Today has become ridiculous. Everybody wants to charge these kids with assaults and put them through the court system.

Looks like the parents need to teach their child how to defend themself as the abuse is only going to esculate on the bus or at school. Beware of children who are so bold as most likely they are being abused at home. Their parents are probably trash and will make a stink after this. Back in my day, guys threw several punches at most, and it was over. Nobody tattled and you stood your ground while taking your beating. Nobody sought revenge and usually became friends.
