Woman reports harassment after bar incident

She states there's a female subject that threw a drink on her and her husband on Halloween night at Cliff's Bar.

That female has also been harassing the caller by answering another friend's phone to insult the caller when she calls.

Caller already has that female blocked on her phone.

She'd like to speak with an officer.
