Suspicious solicitation at West White Street home

Third party caller reported she received a text message from her sister stating there are some individuals at that residence claiming to be part of the Dolly Parton Foundation and they are requesting $(number withheld) security fee for items in a vehicle.

Unknown. Don't need exact amount of individuals.

I don't know if they're inside or outside of the residence.
