Suspicious vehicle reported on East Highway 20

RP is reporting there's an HMA in a silver four-door sedan with tinted windows that's near his residence and not leaving after RP asked him to leave.

He's never seen the male or the vehicle before.

Called back shortly after, advised that the vehicle

is a few spaces down, but it's still acting strange.
