People walking on train tracks near Penell Road

VSP just called, advising us that they got a report from.

The railroad,

but on the train tracks at Penell Road near Pumpkin Patch Lane, there were four to five people that were walking southbound on the tracks.

They don't have any trains coming in or out today, so they should be safe.

But they just wanted us aware.
