We are bringing in a 41, 41-year-old female coming from ProMedica Urgent Care.

Chief complaint, patient started having difficulty breathing this morning that progressively got worse throughout the day.

At the urgent care, she received a DuoNeb at 1800.

With our care, she is now receiving a 2nd DuoNeb.

We also. We have a line established and we've given her 100 and twenty-five milligrams of saline hydrochloride.

She does have some respiratory wheezes.
