Patient was using the restroom, stood and fell.

No trauma. He's not complaining of any pain, just extreme weakness.

Patient just got out of a rehab facility yesterday for a diabetic ulcer that was cleaned and removed from his heel.

Does have a wound vac for that.

Vitals are all stable.

They are 97% on room air.
