Welfare check requested at highway home with unknown male answering phone

Complainant said that she went to her grandmother, (name withheld), or tried to call her about (number withheld) min ago.

There was a male that answered the phone that did not speak English and then disconnected with her.

The grandmother is supposed to be living alone.
