Vehicle reportedly using fake lights and sirens

Heading westbound on Route 25, coming from the area of Tamworth, a black Tahoe with tinted windows and Massachusetts plates reported to be using lights and sirens to get traffic to move out of the way, and then turning the lights and sirens off again.
