The caller (name withheld) is stating that (name withheld) is supposed to be at her residence at (number withheld) to pick up some belongings due to a civil paperwork.

The owner of the residence doesn't want to speak with her and just want somebody there to 3rd party the property retrieval.

Also be aware, if this is the address I think it is, there is a gate at the end of the driveway near the road.
