As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible minor rear-end crash in a mall parking lot on Richmond Road. The reporting party said their Mitsubishi was rear-ended and the other driver, in a dark orange Ford Explorer, tried to leave. Units located both vehicles in the south entry parking lot, where the other driver reportedly claimed he was also rear-ended and that caused him to hit the reporting party’s vehicle.
