Man reportedly steals item from cooler at trailer

Described as a white male, approximately 70s, with a buzz cut and (description withheld), jeans and a (description withheld).

He went on the property and took something from a cooler at the trailer.

The RP asked him what he was doing on her property and passed it her, said and saying whatever I want to, and then took off southbound.
