Normal traffic at this time with a 45, 45-year-old female.

Fell off her porch this afternoon, down to the ground, approximately 28 inches.

Injured her left ankle.

Patient didn't have no loss of consciousness.

She did have a deformity to the left ankle, very tender to palpate.

The distal to the upper ankle area.

No open fracture.

PMS is intact in the distal extremity.

Currently, Patient is alert with a GCS of 15.

Vitals currently heart rate of 85, 85, sinus on the monitor, 98% on room air, blood pressure 112 over 72, 112 over 72.

We do have an IV established.

We do have a total of 100 micrograms of fentanyl on board.

Eyes stating and breathing in the pain.
