Priority two, seventy-six year old female respiratory distress.

Patient's come from home reporting in several days of forced breathing.

Has history of COPD and other lung-related issues.

Does not seem to have any heart conditions.

Tried her at home, IV oral without any relief.

She's currently had a do a net plus an additional IV oral.

And 15 mg of IV Dexmethasone.

Not really feeling much relief.

She's pretty clamped down, but her oxygen's remained pretty good.

She is on four liters normally and she was.
