On board, I have a 74, 74 year old male.

Chief complaint coming from home, called in by his home health nurse for a blood pressure of 77 over 56.

When we arrived, patient was highly agitated with the arrival of EMS.

Patient does have some intellectual disability, however.

However, we were able to convince the patient to be transported to the hospital.

Patient has been low but is trending upward as far as pressure.

Current vital signs are as follows: blood pressure is 110 over seventy-two, pulse of ninety-one, showing a normal sinus with a right bundle.

I did transmit a total lead EKG, ninety-four percent on room air GCS of 15 .

Patient is reported to be at his baseline per the home nurse.

I do not have a blood sugar.

We are just monitoring the patient as this is the most comfortable with the patient will be.
