Child playing on disconnected 911 call

I had a 911 open line that was plotting between (number withheld) and (number withheld) Fair Oaks Drive.

I could hear what sounded like a very small child playing on the phone and I could hear a male voice in the background.

No sounds of distress.

It's a 911 disconnected cell phone, so I was unable to call back.
