Chief complained this afternoon, possible broken right ankle.

Patient say she was carrying a puppy down the stairs, fell down two or three stairs.

Ankle is obviously deformed.

Patient denies hitting her head, denies any LOC,

Patient's current right ankle is sitting at a 90 degree angle out of normal position.

We do have it splinted in place at this time with CMS in fact before and after splinting.

Patient has received 100 micrograms of fentanyl via IM injection in the left deltoid.

We were able to get a 20-gauge established after the IM injection.
