We were called to assistance this morning for right shoulder and back pain and confusion.

Patient is quite confused, although she's able to identify some pain right shoulder and in her lower back.

Staff states she had been at Edgewood approximately two days ago for back surgery.

For most reasons, had a vitals blood pressure was 130 systolic.

Heart rate's running about 70.

She's showing a little ST elevation on a 12-lead.

Just a sinus rhythm there.

Respirations are running about 20.

They're unlabored.

SPO2 was 100% on room air.

Skin color temperature is warm and dry.

We did attempt an IV without success, just times one.
