It's making an ALS run with an 80 male.

Last known well was about 03:00 this afternoon.

Patient's wife stated patient complained of a mild headache earlier today and then came back to the bedroom, laid down on the bed, started having facial droop, left-sided facial droop, left-sided weakness.

That left side of weakness, left side of facial droop still exists.

Patient does have slurred speech.

Last blood pressure 100 and sixty-five over 110 .

Patient does not have a stroke history or neuro history.

Other vitals: pulse seventy-eight, regular, sat ninety-five percent on room air, ETCO two is 20 , blood sugar is 106 .
