62-year-old man with altered mental status and high blood sugar

We're out with a sixty-two year old male.

Chief complaint of altered mental status for two to three days now.

Family states patient has not been acting normal.

They've been taking his blood sugar.

It's been reading high on their monitor.

It also read high on ours just now.

Patient's been weaker than normal as well.

Family advised patient had surgery on his left foot where his skin and toe removed, and he's been kind of fighting an infection with that.

They also say he's been having blood in his urine for about five to seven days.

Patient is pretty lethargic.
