I'm taking a theft report on a stolen backpack out of a vehicle.

00:04

The subject, victim, chased the subject but wasn't able to catch up with him.

00:10

He's asking if it's possible if I can give him a ride back to his vehicle on White Street.

00:22

Confirming he doesn't have any other means to get back to it.

00:28

Just if he can walk, he can walk back to that location.

00:31

He's not very far from here.
