I hope the young man was ok. I was the one that called it in.

what happened?

im not sure. I was driving to work and some guy was outside his car door, laying on the ground. I kept trying to get him to say something and he wouldn't. So I called 911, thinking maybe he had OD'd or something. His dog was jumping on my car, you could tell he was freaking out. They showed up in about 15 minutes from when I called. Pretty good considering they had to go 35 miles away from Hutch to Turon.
