Man kicking and hitting head in car at Sam's Club

Caller stated that there is a white Kia parked in front of the store in a handicap spot with a male in the back seat that is kicking, screaming, and hitting his head.

She stated there was another male standing outside of the vehicle that said it's his brother waiting for him to calm him down.

Female wants his welfare checked.
