Man with gun assaults woman and forces her into car

Police receive a report of a man in all black clothing assaulting a woman on Fleming Avenue. The man is seen with a gun in his waistband. Both go into a lower level apartment in the complex, and arguing can be heard from inside. A black Kia sedan is linked to them, with a license plate recorded. Later, both are seen getting into the car and the man may be forcing the woman into the vehicle, with her partly outside the window as he tries to drive away.
