Man kicked out, walking along road seeking help

It's a white male wearing a sweatshirt and shorts walking southbound on the east side of the road, saying his girlfriend kicked him out of the house and now he's trying to get a ride.

He did flag down an off-duty deputy.

Male just kept walking.
