(number withheld) Hancock Avenue, got a call from a (name withheld) that's reporting there's people outside the residence fighting, making threats towards one another.

Okay.

Was able to provide a description of a white male in his 30s, no shirt, wearing shorts with tattoos.

I updated them, they said they're just a couple minutes out.
