Suspicious person at retail storage facility

An alarm company monitoring cameras at a retail storage facility near US 1 reported a man in black clothing walking on the property with a flashlight after closing time. No one is supposed to be on the property after 10:30 p.m. Officers responded and learned there was a vehicle on scene, and the person said they were supposed to meet someone there. The man was later seen leaving through the south gate of the property.
