The caller advises it's going to be in reference to a civil matter.

Said that there was a dispute happening over the phone and they are currently heading to that location to get their stuff off the property.

He advised that two individuals by the name of (name withheld) and (name withheld) are threatening to throw their things out and/or ripo it.

Advises he's just wanting an officer to be aware in case a disturbance does happen at the location.
