Suspicious vehicle reported near business storage units

Caller advised that there was a late 90s early 2000s black Lexus with a loud exhaust that was continuously pulling in and out of their vehicle over towards their storage units and up close to the building.

When the employees noticed the vehicle, the vehicle left.

They did have a partial plate that's in the CAD.

The caller was requested.
