Welfare check at home with child, known felons, and unsafe building

We received a welfare check from Johnson County Dispatch.

They advised that a (number withheld)-year-old juvenile is going to be at that residence with her grandparents who are known felons with firearms.

They advised that the building that they are in is about to collapse and there's also large dogs on the property.
