Neighbors in yard with flashlights prompt complaint

Caller who lives in the area advising there were subjects with flashlights moving around in the yard and climbed over the neighbor's fence into (number withheld) East 7th Street.

She believes these subjects are also neighbors in the area.

When contacted, they were.

Looking for a cat.

However, RP called the homeowners there and they said they didn't want anybody in their yard.
