25, I took a motor vehicle complaint from yesterday afternoon, (number withheld) Avenue Road in Wales.

Caller reporting her neighbors, couple houses down the yellow house on the right, have ATVs and four wheelers that keep going up and down the road, burning rubber and being extremely loud.

It's a dead end road.

She says this has been going on and off for years, but this is the worst of it.
