Ongoing family dispute and unattended child reported

Caller says there is an altercation that occurred earlier today at the incident location.

The granddaughter is still fussing at the grandfather, calling people to come and assault him.

The caller also complained of a child in the backyard that was unattended because the mother wouldn't tend to them.
