Sir, can I get you to go to the area of (number withheld) Morgan County Highway? We had a caller state that there's a male walking with a flashlight trying to wave people down.

00:10

Said he may possibly be broken down with a truck and be around the water treatment plant.

00:21

Copy that, sir.
