We want to respond to the Summit Nursing Home, (number withheld) Corona Street, in the South Wing, Room (number withheld), Bravo, for an elderly male with a hip injury from a fall.

Engine One and Rescue One, Summit Nursing Home, (number withheld) Corona Street, in the South Wing, Room 19 B, for an elderly male.

With a hip injury from a fall, he did have hip replacement surgery.
