Im really having a hard time grasping a physician or hospital putting the baby's life & moms- on hold. The heart rate? Oxygen?

How was the baby declining, why didn't the physician do anything to stop a problem already started? Did she give birth?

Ive seen up to 45 weeks. Every pregnancy is not always exactly the same as another. Withholding a unnecessary surgery was the best. There are a few other ways to start labor instead of jumping to surgery.You never want to put the mom and baby through physical trauma. She is obviously stable. Labor came as expected. Does not sound like she was in any danger if she was sent home. Hope they made it to the hospital!
