Woman flees hospital and runs near Watertown Avenue

Officers respond to reports of a woman yelling for help near Robbins Street in Waterbury. She is seen wearing all black clothing and running down the street, with a man following behind her. Dispatch later reports that she was a hospital patient who left during treatment and that the man is her husband trying to help. They are last reported running on foot toward the highway and then seen near Watertown Avenue by the bridge next to Waterbury Hospital.
