Last seen on foot in the area of Watertown High School today around 1230 hours.

Does not have a phone, speaks limited English, and likes to walk the river path.

Along the shore, described as an Armenian male wearing a (description withheld), black pants, (description withheld), has a cross with roses wrapped around, tattooed on his forearm, as well as his name on his knuckles.

Again, missing seventy-one year old male, (name withheld), Sierra Alpha One Six Nine Two Eight Seven Five, out of Watertown, on foot in the area of Watertown High School around 1230 hours.
