He's doing flagging work on Boulder Path Road.

Reporting a dangerous FedEx driver in the area.

He had originally parked on the wrong side of the road, refused to move due to the traffic issues he was causing when the calling party asked him to, and then he continued to go into the town.

He gave the calling party.
