Neighbor repeatedly tries to open apartment door

The across the hall neighbor has been coming to the door over (number withheld) minutes since the disturbance earlier today.

He's now walking downstairs.

(name withheld) doesn't know why he's coming, he just keeps trying to open the door.

Now it sounds like the neighbor's walking outside towards his car.
