Report of man in tactical clothing near Royalton St

He said a few minutes ago that a male in black tactical clothing and black gloves walked past his house eastbound towards Dollar General.

He also had black gloves on.

If I didn't say that, he's male in his thirties, about six three.

Caller said. It's strange that somebody would be walking around with tactical clothing on.
