Person seen crawling from woods in neighborhood

Female advised that she was riding her golf cart through the neighborhood and a male came crawling out of the woods.

I don't know where in the subdivision she was riding her golf cart because she hung up on us and was not giving us adequate information.

She had stated that she would meet deputies at the front gate.

Hung up on us. We called back twice.

Negative result.
