Loud party under bridge at Memorial Beach

Just had a staff member from the Webster Recreation call and state that there is a group of people with a party brewing underneath the bridge heading into the beach.

Stated that there is a couple of cars down there with subwoofers, extremely loud music, and people out on lawn chairs.

Where is he?
