Intoxicated woman with seizure history assessed at Virginia Manor Dr

Caller advised that his (number withheld) year old female friend is intoxicated and she's acting strange.

The female is conscious at this time and is breathing normally, but the caller is concerned as she does have a seizure disorder and would like to have her assessed by ambulance.
