Complaint over customer repeatedly returning to plant

I explained to the employees here that if they simply stopped selling to this individual, he would no longer arrive here.

That we could not very well charge them this time if last time they were treating them as a customer.

They seem to understand that they are going to get in contact with their bosses at Union Concrete and sort this all out internally.
