Pedestrian walking on Highway 101 shoulder

10-1 unit to back on 101 south of Westlake.

A pedestrian, Hispanic female juvenile with long dark hair, wearing blue shorts and a no-colored shirt, came out of the brush area from the shoulder and was walking northbound on the shoulder.
