Disabled truck extends traffic stop on North Street

The stop was about to end and then the truck decided it didn't want to start anymore.

So.

We're going to be tied up here for a little bit until they figure out how to get the truck started or we might have to get it towed out of here.

So I'm going to leave the call open for now.
