Weapon found during search near Hood River Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a search near State Route 14 and the Hood River Bridge after reports indicated a weapon had been used and left at the scene. Authorities also searched for a possible dark-colored hatchback, believed to have left the area at high speed. The situation remains under investigation.
