Dead raccoon blocking traffic on Wellington Lane

Again, (number withheld) Wellington Lane.

I'm concerned the owner of the radio here is shot over a dead raccoon in the southbound lanes, but she said it was blocking traffic and has almost caused several accidents.

Be

advised that pigs has been notified and are going to be heading your way.
